We include Māori values, perspectives and beliefs in our company culture and feel proud of the natural use of Te Reo in our meetings and day to day business which is supported by our 80% Māori workforce. Social Impact
Profit share and the George Foundation
Each year we take a portion of our company profit and distribute it across the whole team at Christmas time. This reward scheme allows our employees to know that their hard mahi is contributing to the success of the company which benefits themselves, their whānau, workmates and community.
The George Foundation Charitable Trust is funded 100% by the Tūpore Group with 10% of company profits being donated to the Trust. The Trust uses this funding to support those in the community who need help the most.
